Fog, Secrets & a Missing Payoff: A Review of Kohrra

Final verdict:
A dark, character-driven crime drama that keeps you engaged episode after episode, but slightly disappoints at the finish line. Worth watching for its performances and atmosphere — just don’t expect a perfect climax.
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐☆ (3/5)

Review: Kohrra

Kohrra isn’t your typical whodunit — it’s a slow-burn crime drama steeped in silence, grief, and broken relationships. Set against fog-covered Punjab, the series follows two emotionally scarred cops investigating the murder of an NRI groom. Told through multiple angles, it keeps you entertained and makes you look forward to each episode, with raw performances and a haunting atmosphere doing much of the heavy lifting. However, like many series today, it struggles with its climax. The journey feels gripping, but the ending leaves you with a quiet “oh… this is all for nothing” moment. Still, it’s worth watching for its mood, layered storytelling, and emotional depth — just don’t expect a perfect payoff.
